Crunchy Herbed Chicken Recipe
The simplicity of this recipe
makes it ideal for everday, however with it's wonderful, subtle herb
flavour, you could easily serve this for a special dinner.
4 boneless, skinless
1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. finely crushed
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
Rinse chicken and pat dry with
paper towel. Combine the crushed cornflake crumbs, marjoram,
basil, thyme, and garlic powder. A dash of pepper may also be
added, if desired. Dip chicken breasts into yogurt and then
coat evenly with cornflake mixture, pressing into the meat.
Bake, uncovered, at 350º F for about 20 minutes or
until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Serves 4.
