Pasta Primavara For Men

1 tbsp. olive oil

1/3 c. finely chopped green onion

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

3/4 c. chopped tomatoe

1/2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes    

1/4 tsp. dried mustard

1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1/4 tsp. pepper

8 oz. linguine, uncooked

2 c. small cauliflower florets

2 c. small broccoli florets

1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook linguine according to package directions.  Meanwhile, sauté green onion and garlic in olive oil in a small saucepan over mediun heat for 2 minutes.  Add tomatoe and the next 4 ingredients.  Cook 3 minutes or until well heated.  Set aside and keep warm.  Add cauliflower and broccoli to linguine during last 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain well.  Combine pasta mixture with tomatoe mixture and toss.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.   Serves 4.
