Easy Pork Chops in Mushroom Sauce

in Mushroom Sauce
4 pork chops
or pork tenderloin
condensed Cream of Mushroon Soup (Campbells is recommended)
1 can of
sliced mushrooms (optional)
Brown pork in
a little bit of olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Transfer into an oven safe dish. Pour the can of condensed
mushroom soup over pork and spread around so that all the meat is
covered. If a thinner sauce is desired, add water to mushroom
soup to desired consistency, but be careful not to thin it out too
much because the sauce should be thick. Bake in oven at 400 degrees
for 20 minutes.
mushrooms are desired in the sauce, drain 1 can of mushrooms, then
add the mushrooms to the condensed mushroom soup and mix together
before adding to the pork.
